Ramtin Taherian is an architectural designer and researcher with a masters degree in Architectural Technology from the University of Tehran and a BSc from Tehran University of Art. Ramtin’s work ranges from experimenting with innovative tools and methods of architectural production to interiors, furniture, and product design. He has a background in teaching at workshops exploring emerging approaches to architecture with a focus on computational design and digital fabrication. His work has been published in multiple international journals and platforms and won prizes such as the second place in the best project award at ACADIA 2017 for Hedracrete which he was one of the authors. Ramtin also has the experience of working with offices such as Shirdel and Associates Architects and Kamvari Architects working on multiple international projects.
